                               RESOLUTION NO. 20533
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER
                  INTO A CONTRACT WITH LYNN LOVE, RELATIVE TO
                  THE BESSIE SMITH PROJECT, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                  OF SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000.00) FOR
                  INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES AND ONE THOUSAND
                  DOLLARS ($1,000.00) FOR REIMBURSABLE TRAVEL
                  EXPENSES (SUBJECT TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  TRAVEL POLICIES).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a
       Contract with Lynn Love, relative to the Bessie Smith Project, 
for
       a consideration of $6,000.00 for interior design services and
       $1,000.00 for reimbursable travel expenses (subject to the City 
of
       Chattanooga travel policies).
